Don't live here. There's been super intense drilling on the building for 6 weeks now (expected to continue for weeks more) and the management office refuses to offer any rent concession or alternative place to work during the day for those of us that WFH. It's so loud that I can't participate on Zoom calls and it's given me physical headaches. My rent also went up over 30% after my first year there. This management office doesn't care about their tenants.

Elevator waits can vary from 5-20 minutes, which is annoying during rush hour and you end up late for work. Maintenance is fairly responsive and the building is well maintained.

Very disappointed with the management company. Huge rent increases post pandemic making it unaffordable to stay. The only positive are the staff (doormen and mailroom).

Overall a good building with amazing staff. The renovated apartments are beautiful. The rent increases are high just like the rest of NYC post pandemic. Although the subway line makes transportation easier it brings a lot of dirt, rats, noise and homeless people so security is a growing issue.
