2.So then I supposedly went into a restorative therapy program but they never have the help so I get no therapy. My right leg now is very sore and now I cannot lift my leg up from a lying down position. Can RIC help me? I have Medicare and Medicaid.

They should be able to. I'd have your Dr call and arrange it. It seems that route usually works better than if you call yourself.
