Nice hospital but the visitation rules are totally ridiculous. No more than 2 people visiting a new mother and baby at a time and one of them is counting the father? Are you serious? So the parents of the mother or father can't be in the room at the same time! Someone needs to wake up and change these ridiculous restrictions. There is no basis in science whatsoever for this. Just makes the visitors mad and mother wishing she could have her mother, father and husband visiting at the same time. Future mothers be forewarned! We parents (2) were in the room with our daughter and new grandson. They LOCKED THE FATHER out in the hallway so he could not get in. Seriously, the front desk lady on the floor, who was totally unfriendly, locked the door remotely as he approached the door to go back in to see his son. She knew who he was, but it didn't matter. They desperately need customer service training. He was rightfully upset and made what should have been a wonderful experience, a frustrating day or 2. She could have easily called the nurses station to have a nurse come talk to the father, ask one of us to leave the room to allow him back to his new family. They wouldn't even let us in the waiting room on the floor! We had to go downstairs to the waiting room like that would somehow be safer? We couldn't wait to get out of there so we could visit as a family. You want to see our Covid vaccinations? Want to take our temperature? Negative test that day? No problem. Do something other than lock doors and be totally obnoxious and unfriendly. Very disappointing for what seemed to otherwise be a nice hospital. (August 7, 8 & 9, 2022)

It is so sad how this is suppose to be a “top hospital” but I was treated very poorly when I came here. I was going through a lot of difficulties with my pregnancy, instead of listening to my pain and taking me serious they dismissed everything. I am shocked how rude the front desk receptionist are and overall the staff at this specific location. I hope things get better for the future.

Do NOT have your baby here. Triage nurses used a broken vial to take a COVID test and came back 3 hours later to retest even though they knew immediately after it happened and gave me really snappy attitude when I called them out while in labor. They botched my epidural and I was paralyzed waist down with spinal headaches for two weeks straight afterwards. They failed to tell me that they screwed up and the anesthesiologist was barely out of medical school. They administered narcotics without my consent which is a legal landline and they pushed pitocin. I was extremely traumatized by the experience. RUN, don’t walk.
