This country store is one of the most unique you will find in the region. Family owned for nearly 90 years, the store, stock and ambience is a reflection of the mid 1900s. Consider buying a nostalgic beverage of you choice with a homemade country sausage sandwich and sit back on one of their front porch rocking chairs; enjoy the friendship and breeze of rural Leon County. It's definitely worth the trip.

What a beautiful area and very cool quaint Country Store. I was in town for the game had not been in ages. I walked through the store bought some items and of course famous smoked sausage. They had great selection of craft sodas to wash it down. This will be a regular stop for us to sit back on the picturesque view and just let the kids stretch their legs and enjoy. Highly recommend this place. It's a step back in time.

We do still butcher our own hogs, but we use farm raised animals for our processing. We do not do any type of custom processing for wild hogs or any other species.
We do not have a specific breakfast menu, but we do have coffee and sausage dogs!

They are very busy during the week of Thanksgiving, so plan and make purchases ahead of time. During peak season most items become sold out.
