No it's not shiny and new but the doctors and the daytime nurses and CNA were helpful and informative. Had a couple of times at night where it took too long to get assistance. The therapists were great and dedicated to helping you get better!Majority of my nurses were helpful an had great attitudes.

My mother is currently a patient in this facility and it has been horrible for her. Obviously this place isn’t the Ritz-Carlton, but since all the patients are here because they need medical attention you’d think the administrator’s would want to spruce the place up a little to help lift some spirits up, but that’s besides the point. Luckily my mother will only be here until next week (2 weeks total). The nurses and especially the CNAs, besides a select few, are extremely rude and insensitive. If it wasn’t because I go see my mother almost every day, she wouldn’t have help with her basic human needs because the CNAs do not care. I couldn’t count how many times you see the nurses and CNAs at the nurses station just sitting there on there phone. My mom has asked for help with simple things like brushing her hair or walking to the washroom and the attitude the workers give is disgusting. If you’re unhappy with your work environment QUIT. But stop treating the patients like they’re a burden, because no on is in there out of their own free will.My mothers roommate is an elderly woman who called the nurses MULTIPLE times for assistance to go to the washroom and NO ONE showed up. 20 minutes later by the time a CNA showed up the poor woman had already gone on her bed unfortunately and the CNA still has the nerve to ask and chastise her about. Besides Ramona, Joana, Marianne and Toya, your staff is trash and it’s a damn shame that no one cares. They can’t even be bothered to bring my mother a spoon until an hour after she requests it and by then her food is cold and your staff won’t heat it for her either. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
