the treatment of this pharmacy is inhumane to patients and relatives who take medicine for their patient family. especially the arrogant Chinese guy assigned to Windows 12. It's just brave because it's inside the glass counter.

Nobody wants to pick the phone. They would hang up on me. Took 15 phone call attempts to get a hold of someone and the worker was rude and not helpful at all.

Mail order customer service is atrocious. Tried to get a tracking number for my prescription (a resend) i was given an invalid number so I called back. This lady would not listen when I said the tracking number given was not valid. Then she proceeded to give me the old tracking number. I called a third time and tried to explain I needed a tracking number and was told to "just wait for it" and hung up on. If I could give a negative star I would
