Although I am not a resident of Sage creeks. A scam lady just subletted her room to me through fabrication for 4 months but even then, the management took me and my issues very seriously and helped me in getting out of the situation. The manager and the lady in the office both listened to the issue and helped me to the best they could.

Maintenance people are horrible moved in 2 weeks ago and they don’t know how to fix anything they are unprofessional and very slow on work orders . New maintenance people need to be hired or some one who actually knows how to do work They are never on top of how the apartments complex looks as for as clean they don’t pick up or try to keep the property looking nice at all very disappointed.

My name is Stephanie ad have been living here for 3 years and I have to admit we have been going thru different management but by far Ms. Rocio Lopez was really showed interest in my concerns I have had for a while. She was able to send the maintenance man to fix my AC that had been broken for a while. She is very polite and very professional. Overall the complex is very nice and maintained.

The pool by the gym is not available for use and there is never any parking and people there have 5 cars and park them anywhere they want especially in the spots that aren't assigned to them
