I was driving to MA from CT for a hockey tournament with my son when the transmission temperature hot message showed on the dashboard of our Honda Pilot. We pulled over to the side of the road to let it cool down and made it to MA but I was concerned that we wouldn’t make it home and didn’t want to destroy the transmission by continuing to drive if there was something wrong. I called two Honda service centers and they said they couldn’t take me until Monday which was four days away and we needed the transmission looked at ASAP. Ron Bouchard Honda service was the third place I called and they said they would try to fit me in but I might have to wait. I was just thankful that they could possibly take me since I wasn’t even from around there and I needed to be seen last minute. When I got there, they fit me in right away, flushed the transmission fluid, and fixed the problem. They were friendly, efficient, and very quick for someone who showed up out of nowhere without an appointment. They explained the situation and next steps. I couldn’t recommend Ron Bouchard service more. It was an excellent experience.
