Do not get your oil changed here in the sake of saving a few bucks on an oil change. A few weeks ago I got an oil change at this location, everything seemed fine afterwards for a week or so then my car(2017) started to act weird sputtering and idling funny, the next day I went to take my kids to school and the car completely died in the line at the school, a few minutes and I was able to turn it back on and drive it home where I parked it for a couple weeks while I handled a mountain of work and having another car it wasn’t an immediate priority. Finally I decided I’d had enough of just seeing it sit there so I went and bought a code reader to read the check engine light that turned on while I drove it home the last time. Code reader throws a p0011 cam shaft problems…immediately I get red flags…I’m thinking that’s weird. So I pop the hood and check the engine oil and the the dip stick was BONE DRY an oil change at this location 2-3 weeks prior with the sticker on the window that says it’s not even due for another change yet and it’s BONE DRY, the only thing I can deduce is either A they didn’t put oil back into the car after draining it or B they didn’t replace the plug on my oil pan. I’ll be checking that next but regardless I am dumbfounded. Never again, not worth saving the few bucks.

The service was horrible, the technicians weren’t concerned at all about my time, I arrived around 3:30 and didn’t leave until after 5:30 and it was only one customer there the whole time. I just wanted to get my tire fixed eventually they “fixed” my tire only for me to get seconds away from the center to feel my vehicle wasn’t riding correctly. I returned back to the service center to find out my bolts weren’t tightened down. This is beyond unacceptable and this concern needs to be addressed as soon as possible!!! This was at the Greenville Blvd location.

Honestly Walmart oil change service is really a hit or miss some days it’ll be a quick in and out with good service and some days you’ll spend 3 to 4 hours waiting on your oil change service also that’s even when you’re there early… I only talked to them about what’s taking so long and what happens is if they don’t have the right oil or oil filter for your car they would have to go to a store to get the right oil or oil filter for your car (mean time while you’re still at Walmart waiting).
