I acquired a 2001 Porsche Boxster from a friend that had a handful of reasons why the car was no good in her words . So I took the car drove the car it did run foul .Luckily there was a gentleman in my neighborhood that has a really nice 911 ….. so asked him where do you take your car for service he referred me to import services! Little did I know the journey it would be to get the boxster where it is now witch is top notch!!! First thing they did was a full plugs wires fuel injection cleaning . And the car ran fine picked it up then the whole engine light debacle began took it back to import services they ended up performing a smoke test on the vehicle that exposed some vacuum leaks the crankcase valve assembly was shot they replaced and fixed all the vacuum issues !!! picked the car up once again ran fine for a few days but nevertheless the light came back and the car ran foul would not idle at this point they tried everything they could to make the car run correct with no luck . So I took the car home and took a few weeks to think about what I was going to do ! In this time Mr bill and Waylon stayed in touch with me on and off I decided to take the car back to import services again this time Waylon reached out to his circle of Porsche friends etc. and one of them suggested something real odd as a solution!!!! Guess what ding ding ding he was correct there ended up being a nest of leaves and debris in the supply air tube from the air filter box to the maf sensor on the motor !!! So to end this review I would like to thank Waylon Mr bill and the techs at import services they never gave up they always had a great attitude even though the lil evil boxster was hard headed if you have a import car that needs love they are your answer they have a life long customer in me!!! Thanks !!!!!
