My wife and I lived here for 3 years. Overall it was a good experience and pretty safe for Stockton, as it is a gated complex. Calm and respectful residents. Parking wasn't the best, but I feel most apartments have similar parking issues. A lot of stray cats everywhere, which sucked. But in general, any issues we had, Frances (manager) would make sure it was resolved within a timely manner and with good communication. Great apartments and rent was reasonable.

Every time I had a maintenance request it was handled within an appropriate amount of time, I have no complaints. Frances is also the best person to talk to you when you have an issue.

During my time here there were roaches, rats, feral cats. But the worst thing was the management who will nickel and dime you. Horrible experience but definitely motivated me to leave this city.

Yes, absolutly.The requirements for the co-signer income must be 5 times the rent. They must have no collections or outstanding balance due and credit must be good. They also need to fill out the application via on-line or in house. We do have some apartments coming up but not untill October.
