Very nice,clean and quit place to live the residence there are so friendly and have two pool that are clean and kept up I think the maintenance worker that works there has kept the park very up to date and clean he's worked there for over 30 years he is one of nicest kindest and all for that park man you ever will met he done so much for the residents there on and off the clock
