Absolutely The Best hospital I've ever been to. The staff is incredible: courteous, caring, efficient, makes sure you understand. Top of the line equipment. The doctors', nirses', and techs' concern is authentic and reassuring. The in-house good prepared there is good too!

***NEGLECT**** **MALPRACTICE*** This is the ABSOLUTE most inhumane Hospital that I have ever stepped into. These people are there to help you; rather they keep you in the dark and your family members in RESTRAINTS. There first Option when a 26 year old girl is having seizures was to SEDATE (3x dose of FENTANYL/RESTRAIN/(Restraint vest/ Mitts, Medication, Leg Straps, Wrist straps) her and tell us that they have no idea what is going on because every single test came back NORMAL. YOUR FAMILY IS NOT SAFE HERE. She also was not given any Nutrients until her SISTER a CNA asked the Nurse why her sister wasn't on a feeding tube; Nurse then realized that she was correct and finally inserted one. When she were to wake up, they increased her Fentanyl in order for her to not be able to speak for herself. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, you are better off going to the VET.

I went to Northwestern hospital due to my unbearable pain. I could not walk. I wait for almost 4 hours in waiting room before seeing doctor. The nurse and doctor were excellent at this ER. Dr. Daniel Levine was the best.If I would have to wait that long, I would give 5 stars for the service. I felt so bad for the front desk staffs. They have to deal with a lot of homeless. They slept on the chair of ER room.Is that any way Chicago police can help the homeless ?

The Walgreens at 201 E. Huron sells them. Not sure if the other Walgreens in Northwestern have them.
Putting ice on it will reduce swelling and pain. Good luck. If it is hurting for no reason, go to the emergency room.
If it's for a subspecialty you will likely need a referral from your primary care physician, otherwise call the department you want to be seen in and ask to schedule a new patient appointment.
Cassandra feel comfortable that you are going to a great place. I have been going there since 2014 due to going to two Dr.'s by me that gave me no help. I go there still today!!

If the doctor was at northwestern, then that information may be on your mynm page (you can set this up online). Depending on the NM location, your records may or may not be on the EPIC electronic medical software. Some departments at NM may have moved to EMR as early as 2008. If they were not on EPIC or other EMR at the time, then you may have to make a call to medical records to get scans of your previous health history.
Yes
