Yes you can absolutely bring your son with you it is probably best to have a family member with you if you have any questions call the emergency room desk and take desk and they will be glad to help
You can most likely bring him with you but if you are going to be admitted to stay overnight which could be very likely with a sickle cell crisis arrangements should be made for him to stay with family. You should do that anyway hospitals are full of germs you don't want to expose your son to..but I get sometimes you don't have a choice.
