Yes they accept it the problem is Medicaid dont want to pay
I am unsure, however they did accept Medicaid from Indiana with pre-approval.

2.So then I supposedly went into a restorative therapy program but they never have the help so I get no therapy. My right leg now is very sore and now I cannot lift my leg up from a lying down position. Can RIC help me? I have Medicare and Medicaid.
