Project return will extend all of the services it has to offer to anyone who has served 30 days or more consecutively and who were released within the last 12 months. They do not discriminate based on age, nature of your charge or gender. Veterans are welcome the same as everyone else so long as they meet the incarceration requirements I listed above. County jail counts the same as prison, so long as 30 days or more were served.
No it's for felons who have reciently been released from jail or prison they get them a job
Only for people recently released from jail/prison. That i know of.
