My name is Olean Thompson and i too was released from prison Jan 26th of this year after serving 17 years. The staff understands our situation. They are not judgemental. I urge you to go Monday if you can. Once you complete the class they will employ you or refer you somewhere. They give you food bags and all day bus passes everyday you attend. They have this grant for halfway houses that your parole officer will get you for 90 days, and project return will be a good place to get a job but they have 3 clases you have to attend and then they will get you a job. You should try there and a halfway house
