I stay there with a bit and have noticed cars in the same spot for a few days.
Most hotels offer a lower rate than airport parking. I'm not sure what this hotels policy is on long term parking, I would call and ask. To me it wouldn't be worth the risk of having your vehicle towed or fined for not paying a parking fee.
I parked my vehicle for 5 days and was never charged. So the answer is yes
