Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean. But there was a cigarette odor in the room we were assigned. We asked to be moved to another room, which had the same problem. It was bad enough that it irritated my sinuses and lungs (I ended up with headaches and coughing). We stayed 4 nights, and other than the cigarette odor, our stay was very nice. There was construction across the street, and a Conoco next door (which felt a little sketchy). They were short-staffed, so we only got new towels if we requested them. I debated giving 3 stars, but a very creaky bed (every square inch) tipped it down to 2 stars.

Very dissatisfied with the entire experience. Very smelly room, ac barely functioned at best, the TV only had 1 channel and the only thing the remote would do was turn the TV off and on and control volume, nothing else. We all had to watch on our cell phones. Shower ran out of hot water before even the first shower was completed. Only 1 small shampoo bottle and no conditioner, and 1 small bar of soap. Basically, the only thing that was good was the wifi!

If I could give this motel zero stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had with hotels. The pictures are deceiving and the location was horrible. The only thing that was good about the motel was the young man that checked us in. To make a long story short, we checked in, went to the room and the first thing I noticed was a smokey musty smell. A few minutes pass and I go outside to find a man dressed in all black with a ski mask on walking around the parking lot looking into cars. He then got into his car which was parked next to mine, sped out when when he noticed us watching him, then a few short minutes later he was back. The location was clearly unsafe so we left the motel that night, we weren't even there for an hour. We ended staying at a different hotel. When I called to get my money back for the room there was only a "15 minute grace period" from the time we checked in. It was the worst experience. I will NOT be staying at any Best Western from here on out. 0 out of 5 , keep scrolling and find yourself a different hotel.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and nothing has changed. I would give it less then 1 star if I could. In fact it's worst. The place advertised that it had been renovated. It was not renovated. Do not trust the pictures. There is no hot or full breakfast just a grab and go bag that is pitiful. They may have renovated but it was 20 years ago. The heating and ac did not work properly. There were not enough plug-ins for phone chargers and computers. The room was very dated and old. There were stains on the chairs and the bed spread. The bed was not clean and also seemed broke. No alarm clock. No trash bag in the trash can. Room was pathetic. I wish I had never given this place a second chance. Bathroom was small. Spend less and get a better motel. Best Western should be ashamed that they let this place use their name. I do not recommend this hotel. Wish I could get my 100.00 dollars back, but my reservation through Best Western was non refundable.
