They say they're pet friendly but then they try and charge you a pet fee for a service animal. The rooms are small, disgusting, and outdated, the front desk staff isn't rude but they're really lazy. By far the worst hotel we've stayed at. Should've went for a better room somewhere else.

The location was fine as it was near the airport. The room was what we expected for a low budget hotel. No surprise or frustration. Just average. We were very frustrated with the shuttle system. We got a shuttle to the airport and asked about a parking permit or how to get a shuttle after we return. The worker said that we were fine and not to worry about it. When we arrived and called they asked us about a parking permit. We were confused and they were occupied with asking about the permit and our booking which they could not find. It took us 30-45 minutes for them to come pick us up after our exhausting flight. They did eventually come pick us up but very frustrating experience.

One of the worst places I have stayed and I’ve stayed in a fair share of hotels. Definitely on the top 3 worst for sure. The front desk was beyond rude when we got there, finally when we got into our room the fridge didn’t work at all and smelt like death. The rooms were out dated. When we went to check out the guy at the front desk started harassing us because of my service animal and was refusing to give us our deposit back. Finally he would only give us half after forcing me to show him paper work for her. Which I do not have to do. My fiancé ended up leaving something in the room and when we called up there they were rude again saying they did not find nothing in the room. He even went back up there still nothing. Even tho we searched all of our stuff, the truck never found it. 👎

Horrible smelly hotel. They would not clean it after staying for 3 nights. I had 2 nights left and I had to leave. The guy and woman at the front desk were horrible. First time I checked in they put me in a horrible dirty room. I changed rooms and they would not even clean it. I told them many times to clean it, they claimed they did but never did. Breakfast was horrible. Wyndham should never give them their name. Doors were broken, tiles broken, horrible
