Per the National Park Service website: Pets are not permitted within Fort Moultrie or the Fort Moultrie Visitor Center; however they are permitted along walking paths, trails, and grounds on the exterior of the fort. https://www.nps.gov/fosu/planyourvisit/pets.htm
