Walking around the outside of the fort is free. If you want to go inside it, it is $7 per adult.
Actually walking around is free. You can pay for tours / souvenirs.
I think its free. At least the scenery is, go at Sunset.
There are clearly marked signs by each entrance of the fort indicating that there is an entry fee to be paid at the visitor center located across the street, adjacent to the parking lot. Entry fee is $7/adult.
