Also theres no shortage of broken glass for your art projects, the parking lots littered with it. Becareful tho by the dumpster is where they let the junkies live rent free, but becareful they don't always put away their used needles before they passout by the gate. Also if you like sex theyres not need to leave the apt complex. They conviently let a pimp and his hoes operate out of the complex. How convenient.
I agree. I was going to leave for the crazy increase in price for worn out apartments however I ended up having to go month to month until the other apartment was ready and they offered me a reduced price to stay for a year so I did. I will regret it.
