Sober Living
We have resided in these apartments for years and it has been a pleasure! Nice and friendly community and beautiful apartments!

Save your time and peace of mind. The new manager Theresa is is not capable of managing this community! Theresa will have her assistant schedule meetings for her only for you to show up and Theresa not even know who you are or why you’re there.

Staff wasn't very kind, it was a little rude and didn't give me a proper explanation, only words, nothing written on paper. ***UPDATE*** I went again and the lady who received me, explained me everything about the complex, in fact she offered a tour of one of the apartments and invited my family to a pool party there, besides, she gave me a document with all information that I need to move in, and later, she called me to thank me about my visit.

UPDATE: The comment says to contact which we did, and they said that they did not leave the comment a marketing team in Minnesota did. Nothing is resolved. They said the trash is due to issues is waste management and not with them, and then went on a rant about how the gates CAN close, they just leave them open so people don't complain that their cards don't work. We have never received our gate card almost 2 years into us staying here not not sure how that pertains to my house at all. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I have been scammed out of almost 2k living here for a year and a half. Office staff will tell you one thing and do another. Was charged 50 dollars for leaving a bag outside of my door for an hour and 15 minutes while doing my floors, yet this is the state of the front of the neighborhood. The amenities were closed all summer. Needles left on playground, and bugs live in the drains of the kitchens.

yes, it hosts a halfway house across from building 7, they have had 3 drive by shootings at building 7. The car wash hasn't worked for years, the pool just opened in late July and common areas flood because the drainage system is broken
for High School it's the Sequoia HS District
I know this question is 2 years old but the answer is the same; run away. We are disabled vets and just can't move so we're stuck here
yea, they take pets but you gotta pay lots of money
yes there is; management will always deny it, but yes it's where the cops always show up ..... across from building 7
It’s a waste of time if you go in that apartment, they going to found anything to charge you when you moving out for them to get the deposit .
