I have family who live here. The front gate has been broken for months. There's trash all over the place it is never picked up. My Hope for them someday is that they can afford to rent a house or buy one of their own.

Really wanted to apply here but the reviews are very alarming especially the one about the leasing office collecting applications just for the fee when there were really no units available? wow how ridiculous. I am scared to apply just for that reason. Please do better, it's hard out here looking for a place to live.
