Can I buy parts? I would like to be able to replace the armrest pads for an Executive Swivel Chair. These things show wear, dirt and grease immediately. Also, is there a lighter spring assembly for the rocker function? I am 185 lbs--not 500 lbs.

ordered4 chairs one came in with a nick in the edge of the seat. There was no damage to the outside box or the packaging inside so had to be done before they put the protection on them. I was wondering what can be done? We just love the chairs.
