Hi Judy, that is a good question. When we first moved into the area (wow, it has been a while now!) all of the official documents, post office, etc used "Canton" as the city. Also, back then, MapQuest and other GPS services would not find the location if you entered the address with "Holly Springs". So we used "Canton" in all our stationery, website, etc since then.

Hey Dan, thanks for the question! We have access to a firearms blue book that we can use to give you a value print out on most firearms. If you would like to bring it in, we could see if we could look it up for you. As far as buying, we do typically buy and trade firearms. We are however not buying as many guns out right currently due to the slower time of year. It all depends on the firearm. So feel free to bring it in to us and we will see what we can do for you! Big Woods Goods doesn't necessarily have a "minimum age" for shooters, they usually leave it up to the parents. Ability to shoot is based mostly on the child's maturity and ability to shoot above the shooting bench.

Hi Terry, We have a Ladies DAY, where they all get free range time (no purchase necessary) and like Chris said, it is on Tuesdays.

Hi Judith, Range fees are $14.99 for the first shooter and $8.99 for the second on the same lane. There is no skeet shooting in our range. Shotguns can be used with slugs only and only Monday through Friday. We welcome 14y/o with adult supervision.

Hi Steve. We have a 25-yard range with a great ventilation system. Targets controls are digital, so there is no guessing as to how far the target is.

Steel case pistol ammo is allowed. Rifle caliber steel case is not allowed, unless it's the range safe that doesn't contain a steel core.

Hi Curtis, the price is $14.99 for the first shooter. It is $8.99 for the second and third shooter on the same lane. Under normal circumstances we can have up to 3 people in one lane, however as a health precaution, we are limiting it to 2 people per lane. Fees are for unlimited time.
