This is the worst most decrepit store I’ve ever dealt with. The gentlemen are rude and racist. I tried to explain an issue and the guy would not work with me. I was hung up on and lied to. Even though I had proof. Even though I explained what was going on. I was treated less than a dog. I’m sure it was deeper than the mattress I ordered. I will never do business with this company ever again. I was treated terribly and because I was emotional due to being overtalked and blatantly ignored I was treated even worse. Not to mention when my husband tried to speak because the gentlemen on the phone would not listen he then became irate and rude.
