The sticker price on every vehicle is 5-20k under what you actually be charged. Be prepared for great initial customer service, followed by dishonesty and unanswered voicemails. Be sure to read your paperwork, as there's a good change they've added on an extended warranty for thousands of dollars, even if you said you didn't want it, along with an increased sales price. Worst car buying experience. Go read BBB to get some honest reviews.

Can you be more specific as to your question? We have managers, salesmen, porters and lot attendants. All are responsible to varying degrees.
Although I do not know if they have a local shuttle I can assure you they will do anything to make you happy. I have bought two vehicles from and I will always go there first.
Call the dealership and speak to some in service department.
Ask for mel in parts and he will be glad to help you
