On 3 separate occasions I’ve dealt with mold in my apartment. The maintenance team has carelessly wiped the mold up with a warm rag and moved on. The mold problem has become more significant recently with several patches of mold along my living room ceiling. I’ve recently discovered I’m pregnant and I have been to the doctor with several respiratory issues and chronic sinusitis including allergies and shortness of breath. My frequent issues with mold over the years has been further exacerbated by the disrepair my apartment has into as of late. My dishwasher has stopped working and wasn’t worked on when I called a few weeks ago. My toilet is constantly running water, the lining of my bathtub is wearing away (a reoccurring issue I first had in May 2020) and the bathroom sink faucet nozzle fell off as I was washing my hands. Additionally, over the years, I have dealt with dozens of noise issues with my neighbors that haven’t been addressed by property management. My concerns haven’t been sufficiently handled. I had to call several times before I received a direct response and the same maintenance man who told me my apartment was safe prior to mold patches appearing on my ceiling was sent back out. Unsafe living conditions and poor management.

I've been living here for about 4yrs and I do love it because it close to my school and also close to everything you need as far as shopping. At the time the rent was really great. I know it's not the office fault when prices go up but the new management don't care. My lease went up by $300 in one year also not giving me heads up so that I can maybe find another place. I find it ridiculous but that's the new management. Always ask who lives upstairs from you because some neighbors can be very rude and stomp all day and night.

Rent went up insanely after our lease was up. We were in such a horrible position and they did not give enough time to consider. I felt so scammed and was hopping things would improve after re-signing but they haven't. The office team is lovely but how the place is ran and pricing is out of their hands. For the price look elsewhere, you'll get much better quality and less mold.

When I first moved in, the apartments were nice and the office and maintenance staff was quick. Now that there has been a buyout, this place has gone down hill quickly. There are MULTIPLE types of roaches that come in, my last 5 weeks here I have killed one every single night! The neighbors are slamming doors all hours of the night, loud music and tv’s blaring until 3 am in the morning. The gates were broken for almost 3 months and left completely open. I have been waiting for a maintenance call to be completed for over A WEEK with no response from the office. When the portal was down, the office told me the wrong rent amount and I was overcharged. The rent is skyrocketing, with rent going up 25-30% and a maintenance fee is being added to the bill - mind you, what maintenance? I have been waiting for over a week. There are bird nests in the breezeways and spider webs all over the place. My air conditioner broke 3 different times and these apartments are so inefficient that my electric bill for a 2x2 is over $200. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot in front of my own building and within 30 minutes had hundreds of dollars stolen from me. Would you want to live next to people who would steal from you? The move out sheet provided said they charge you $5-$7 per burnt out lightbulb and expect the place to be cleaner than when you moved in. I would keep looking, there is nothing good here.
