Great location, walking distance to the Mill on Etowah, a definite selling feature, however we chose a property in a different area of town.

Trashy residents, smelly hallways, bugs everywhere, and overpriced! This place need a total overhaul and a better screening process for its residents. Nice office staff! If I could afford to leave I would unfortunately.

Hello Susan! We are not income based. We do, however, have income requirements and we lease to anyone who qualifies. Our requirement is that the household income be 3X the rent.
