Highly recommend living here if you want to feel safe in the community! The apartment is really nice and spacious with plenty of room for storage. If maintenance is needed, they were always really quick to respond and very efficient at helping resolve the issue. The office staff was always very friendly and willing to help! The amenities are very well maintained and clean. The dog park was really nice and actually got an upgrade with fun a dog playground now! There are social events that the apartment hosts that are really fun and help you to meet the other residents. Everyone that I met while living here were all very friendly and super kind. It was also really nice living here because you can literally walk to Publix, it's so close! I actually really enjoyed living here!!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE AND GO ELSEWHERE. first and foremost the property manager Lindsay will post a backhanded comment back to this review because she’s rude. Was interested in living here and applied through Rebekah ect ect had not spoke with Lindsay (the property manager) until after I applied she called and immediately turned me off to the fact of living there with her terrible terrible attitude. I went and applied elsewhere all weekend because I immediately knew I couldn’t live there knowing Lindsay was running the place. Lindsay makes everything about MONEY and the DOLLAR SIGN and never about her HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. She told me I was “not mature enough to understand” and not to mention the fact she called me ignorant and said I had a ignorant mind set. But dont worry Lindsay will lie instead of taking accountability for how she treats her clients. It’s not about the dollar sign Lindsay it’s about the way you treat people!!!!!!!!!!!!! It had nothing to do with the application or money it had ALL to deal with how you talked to me. The reviews don’t lie you can see how multiple people have had this same issue with Lindsay and she blames it on money. If I knew this witch ran the place I would’ve never wasted my time or energy. the proof is in the reviews😂

My wife and I had a wonderful experience living at Legends at Laurel Canyon. I read one very negative review, which was incredibly baseless. The staff does all they can to make your stay a pleasurable one. When someone does unscrupulous things that are highly unethical, they are there to protect against such actions. The facilities are kept meticulous, and the apartment complex is located very close to almost all types of shopping centers. When people do things that infringes on the rights of others, that has a negative impact, the staff does all they can to maintain a safe and pleasurable experience. Unfortunately there are people who will take advantage of liberties with total disregard for others. The staff are very kind and thoughtful! If people would follow the golden rule, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, the world would be a much better place. I highly recommend Legends at Laurel Canyon as a place to check out.

Absolutely the best place in Atlanta to live. The mgmt is exceptional. The Property Mgr, Lindsay, is a hands on, no non sense caring and kind mgr. You know she really loves her residents and keeping a clean property she gets her fingers dirty along with the rest of her staff to make sure we have a beautiful place to call home. Thank you Lindsay and team !
