My partner and I went through the touring and renting process with Justin from the office, and we can’t wait to move in! On our tour, a few things I noticed (aside from what they show you) is there was very little pet elimination in the grass, and I found myself not concerned with stepping in any! The gate closes very fast and is definitely designed to be a one car at a time structure. The halls of the building smelts clean, and I did not notice any yucky looking corners or spots on the sidewalks! Justin was very informative, and quick to answer all our questions with a friendly tone, and honestly by the end of the tour I felt like I had known him for a while. When we came in to our tour, he knew who we were, what unit we were working on renting, and ever our sweet pets we had on our applications once we told him our names and it was quite welcoming! I am most looking forward to the easy access to the highway going on both directions, and to start my fitness journey in that super nice gym! Since we’re moving when the pool is closed, we’ll have to wait until the summer to enjoy the gorgeous pool, but we can’t wait to lounge out in the area!

Response to response: I moved out on a Sunday and notified them after 5:00pm (they are closed there is no way someone could of inspected it same day) I was never provided proof. I have the documented proof to show when the phone calls and emails where sent and you can clearly see the dates and times are after the repairs where done. I contiunusly asked you for the carpet pictures you couldnt provide them because you told me no one took them. Run far and run fast. These individuals will rip you off in a heartbeat and not look back. I moved out on April 3rd which was a Sunday. Upon moving out I request they contact me to do the walk through. I was notified of damages on the 8th of April that following Friday. I asked for photo evidence and never received it. On the 11th which was that following Monday I was finally able to get them to send them to me on that day my wife requested again to do a formal walkthrough to inspect the supposed damages she was told the apartment had been turned over and would be rented out. I asked for the third time to do a formal walkthrough on the 26th and I was told it was turned over and rented out, so a formal walkthrough was not possible. After finally receiving all documentation months later I found the "repairs" to the walls had been done on the 7th which is the day before I was notified of them and the floor was repaired on the 28th which is 2 days after I requested the thrid walkthrough and was denied. They also forged the move out inspection paperwork because my wife never signed it or signed for the damages and could not provide me with the original copies of proof. Do not let them do this to yet another individual.

Derek in the office doesn't know anything on Maintenance or when things will be repaired or when they will be out we had water damage to our apartment for 5 years and nothing has ever been replaced the only time they will replace sheetrock or baseboards is if they mold grows through the wall and u can see It. This place is over priced and not worth it at all better off at a lower income house than this. Really need to get better people for the office
