Since December 4th, have not been able to use the front entrance door, locks were changed only the back door works. I've asked management many times about this and I've even called corporate , the key still doesn't work what are my options

Sending them a 30days notice to fix the lock and give you the keys or you are going to take them downtown and file with the housing court for maintenance issues and pay your rent to the courts until they fix it.
