Milano is a beautiful place they work very good with grieving family. They did a beautiful job on my son tombstone a beautiful lady name Joann and very nice young man name Mike. He put my beautiful poem on a plaque because it was to long to go on my son tombstone. I'm so grateful to have it on my mantle with the beautiful picture that he also gave me much love to Joann and mike
