Office Ed Powell went above and beyond to catch a man from Springfield who left Lewd Number's in my cellphone.The man was arrested and send to walnut jail (my grandma was arrested and put there too by Deputy Martin because they thought she was Mexican but that's unrelated ).

I have received a parking ticket on private property. How do I see a copy of this ticket. I have only the ticket number. Not sure what station issued it. Ticket number is CL92173483 date issued was 10/30/18 can you look this up?
