They do not take state Medicaid they accept employer insurances however you get a free consultation and they offer flexible payments to fit your budget. If you can't afford any payments contact Horizon and go to one of the dentist in your area to have it done for free ask regarding restrictions because certain restrictions to apply
Is your insurance through your employer or the State? If your insurance specifies that you have to go to an orthodontic professional within a certain network, we are not members of Horizon, and you would not receive benefits. We offer a free consultation during which we call the insurance company and confirm your benefits. Then our treatment coordinator will discuss finances with you.
