The community is fabulous! Pools and water sprinklers are super clean but the women in the check in/registration building were down right NASTY and rude. No hospitality whatsoever.

yes but need to get a key from the guard shack at the front and will need to leave your drivers license

Are you able to bring in/use outside golf cart rentals? Also, are you allowed to take the village golf cart rentals outside of the community? Thank you!

No only registered carts, and yes as long as obeying local laws.

What does your HOA cover, looks like an awesome place to live, but a very high HOA ?

They have security. Garbage pickup 2x a week. 2 pools indoor and outdoor and more
