They used to be great and now I feel like they just stuffed it full of warm(ish)bodies, and college interns who have zero experience, are totally rude and very… unsympathetic. I guess it’s a Post-Covid staff shortage or something. I’d be cautious. If you feel uncomfortable, just say thank you, hang up and try calling back. Sucks. They are so worthless now.

Wow.. I wanted to donate there.. But after reading your comments...not so sure. I would recommend the Better Business Bureau or contacting a lawyer and going from there where you can always contact the news stations
