What kind of information? Unless the patient has authorized you via release, you can't. That falls under HIPPA.

Is the front door opened since COVID?

They will take you to the the patient but not give you any information about them.

You cant unless you are the patient, if you are go to the front door and the help desk will be happy to get you to your loved ones
