Why when one goes to the VA to be serviced they take over one hour to make an appointment. I asked why and the receptionist said I don't know. They don't work for us, the federal government,workedgovfor the state

Thank you . Is just so frustrating that it seems like they expect you to die before they take care of you. I haven't gotten any where to even get a stupid ID card since 2005.
