There are parking meters on 24th Avenue, both sides. Sometimes super early the area is clear of parked cars. You might have luck on West End, but you'll end up walking at least a half mile. If it were me, I'd park up at the TA on James Robertsons and then take an Uber. Unless you find another truck stop closer to the VA. Parking is a hit or miss for big trucks in Nashville. Check your big truck guide book for all truck stops. It might have a location I'm not familiar with, it's been a minute since I pulled any freight. Good luck.

I don't know if there is. You should call the main # & ask. The parking garage is pretty full whenever I go for an appointment, ( which is often) so if you can find other transportation I would. Sorry I could't be more helpful. Good luck 👍
