They are not really taking noise complaints lately as serious as they should. See if some neighbors will help you call the police. Maybe you could take turns but don't take the whole situation on yourself. The police get irrated quickly and your neighbors are probably going to turn the music back up when they're gone. I had to buy ear plugs before when I had neighbors that partied all night. You could try those. I feel so bad for all of you not being able to sleep. Wish I could help more. Good luck and be safe.
Make a report record the loud music and take them to court sue or after a certain amount of complaints you can get a restraining order against them so they cant return
Post it up and us citizens will handle the matter
