Great quiet place to gather one's thoughts in between visits to those we serve in the area. The librarians are also helpful and kind. Thanks all!

Are there any free notary services in HBG pa

Hi Leslie, I work at the Dauphin County Library. I sent your question over to our reference desk and, unfortunately, they were unable to find someone who provides notary service for free. They suggested contacting your legislator's office in case they would have an idea for you: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/findyourlegislator/county_list.cfm?CNTYLIST=Dauphin If you have a bank account at a Harrisburg area bank (or a national bank with locations in the area), you may also want to check with them. Some banks provide notary services to account holders free of charge.

I know its a small library but do they have a good selection of history books?

They might.. Just ask the librarian and they will be able to assist you.
