They suggested contacting your legislator's office in case they would have an idea for you: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/findyourlegislator/county_list.cfm?CNTYLIST=Dauphin If you have a bank account at a Harrisburg area bank (or a national bank with locations in the area), you may also want to check with them. Some banks provide notary services to account holders free of charge.
