It's expensive to be poor in Harrisburg. This company utilizes predatory practices to milk people of money who are trying to support local businesses in the City. There is an endless parking in Harrisburg but you'll get robbed if you want to park anywhere. I'd give zero stars if I could; this company hides under the veil of parking ordinances to get rich. Shame on the City government and its previous incompetent leadership to allow such a disgusting scheme to plague the Capital city.
