This review is being written by Loveda Finley. I have worked at Arbor Oaks for about 8 years and even worked thru the Covid experience. I have lasted this long because of the people I work with and the people we serve, including the residents, family members, and the other supporting personnel that care for our residents and their families. Karen and her management team truly care about the well-being of our residents. It shows in the daily interaction with the residents and their family members. These are the reasons I can give this facility a five star rating.

Hello everyone I am writing this review about how this assisted living facilities staff treats residents with the same manner you would a member of your own family. The nurses and CNA’s especially are extremely caring and compassionate. The dedication of the employees here to the quality of life for all their residents is unparalleled. This is a very clean facility, and incredibly caring staff. There are lots of amenities and activities for residents. The staff will work with family members and are flexible to accommodate the residents needs.
