How much is handicap parking on walnut street in front of Ronald Reagan federal building?

It is the same as regular parking but handicap gets 60 minutes of grace period after the meter runs out. You must have a handicap sign to recieve forgiveness. Rates are about 25¢ per 10 min. The card meters start at 3$ an hour and you can add time if you want and also receive a text reminder that your time is almost up. You can also add time from your phone. Hopefully that helps a little. Harrisburg Parking Authority also has a web page and you can always double check with them or give them a call.
