Hello! Anyone under the age of 18 (but older than 12) does need their parent or legal guardian with them to get pierced. This is per CT state law. The parent/guardian needs their photo ID. The minor needs a long form birth certificate and a photo ID or something that has a photo and their name. I honestly don't know.. I asked how old to b and she said 16 with a perant.. I think you have to be 18 by yourself.
