They have are hit or miss now this is the 3rd time they sent over done pizza we asked for it to be cooked light and they refused to fix it i asked for a replacement pizza for my kids because it tasted burnt ....their response was the cook says he didn't burn it !! Ok well it's over done and my kids won't eat burnt pizza can you send a new one ...nope they did not !! They are rude and nasty when it comes to fixing their mistakes we won't make the same mistake again by eating here

Ordered 2 medium pizzas (delivered) tonight. One eggplant and one Italian. Opened the boxes and had 1 eggplant and one Hawaiian. Called them and spoke to Maritza she said she was the manager and part Owner. After going back and forth with her explaining we received the wrong pizza she wouldn’t fix the order or give us our money back because 2 bites were takin out of 1 piece. She told me to drive there and get 6.00 back and keep the pizza. We told here all we wanted was the correct pizza and she said we would need to pay an additional $10.00. This is the second bad experience. The first one was a week ago when we ordered 2 grinders at 7:40. Delivery was supposed to be 1/2 an hour. We didn’t get our order until 9:15. Very bad customer service and attitude. We will never order from there again.

Horrible, service was not friendly and inviting, and ended rudely, charged me for 2 slices ,without exaggeration 8 minutes later in asked again what I need, as I begin to say so does another worker there as they laugh. Then a few more minutes later she asks me if I want it in a bag, I did no a small box please, sir said an additional 50 cents for the box, WHAT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, charging for a box to put my slices to go in, I've never heard of that before but then on top of it charging me after you forgot about me...... Needless to say I didn't pay the 50 additional cents, I took my money back and at that point they thought it was hilarious as they spoke in a Spanish dialect laughing away, I took my money and service patronage elsewhere and enjoyed great slices and service from Adriannas.
