Vallejo MHC & RV park Manger Shannon is far the best manger we have EVER had. She’s well organized, the most professional manger I’ve ever delt with. If there’s a problem with our space she comes and talks to us about what we need to do to make our place look presentable. Our new Property Manager, Shannon and Silver, our new Maintenance Manager, are by far the best I've experienced since I've lived here (approximately 5 yrs & several mgrs). The park has slowly been updated including street resurfacing, individual site clean up, and getting rid of some of the more unsavory visitors. I feel much better about being here and hoping they stay a long time to come and continue making this a better place. Thank you for your commitment and professionalism. I truly appreciate you!

I'm giving 5 stars due to my interaction with the new manager Shannon. I expressed some concerns and asked a few questions, what she couldn't answer right away she researched and got back to me within 24 hrs. She was very friendly, professional and above all helpful. She went above and beyond and actually showed some compassion for the issues we were facing and did so in a timely manner. She was able to not only answer my questions but resolve the problem within a day. She is exactly what this park needs. Thank you.
